Pat another hang out
Hey Pat
Do you remember hanging out at a Rest. on the corner of Verdun Ave. and 5th. Ave. I can not recall the name, but remember we all would squash in the same booth. Remember Rolly Pearson, Rolly Gireau, Sandra Brennan ??
No she didn't. Thanks for the info on New Verdun. We had so many spots we hung out. Seems the fad would change by the seasons. We also went to one on the corner of Verdun and Osborne, can't remember it either. Just remember Frankie's, and Kosta's the old one. Glo
the Lad Vic's was on the corner of 6th & Bannatyne. I hung around there alot. My Dad use to tell me if he cought me hanging around there he would blow the place up ! Every time he walk by on his way to the Legion., my friend's would shove me under the booth. I use to be so embarrased about that, however his warnings kept me out of alot of trouble Ha Ha Ha .
Yes I remember Ringo he drove a school bus.Doug Boran was another guy who hung around Ringo. Do you remember The Lord's from Hell ? Talking about Bc gangs.
Wendy ~~ Was Kim Cheponis from Lasalle? My kids went to the Montessori School across the street from Bronx Park School, and the "teacher" was a Mrs. Cheponis who lived on 2nd Avenue. We lived at 171 - 3rd Avenue.
Levisjeans Had my first beer with Ringo at Vic's...he didn't want Vic to see the beer so he got me to chug it for him.....Vic just looked at us funny, then again I looked at him funny too.hahahahaha Lad

the Lad L.O.H. hung around Melrose park and Vic"s alot. I was part of that whole group. I remember some big happening down at the boardwalk. Ringo and those guy's would in deed help out if need be.
