Habs are already down to the Sens ,5-3 late in the 2nd,......but the Habs seem to be taking way to many penalty's,......

One good thing ,Montreal trade Ribiero to Dallas for Janne Numinen(I spelled that wrong,I'm sure),..........but I'm glad to see Gainey get rid of Ribeiro,....and I think that pretty much completes the Change to Gainey's Habs ,now ,....I don't think they need to unload anymore 'old management habs'......
So I hope they get it together now,...........and Go Habs Go

tonight on T V they showed pitcures of Maurice Richard ,Jean Belleveau and some other old timers..brought back good memories. I was never a HAB fan.. never .. never..( took lots of ribbing for that) as i am from Quebec.I was always a Detroit fan, just loved Gordy Howe..I remember when there was only 5 or six teams..Bobby Hull was also a great player..have to admit tho..Habs were the team to beat..they were great. John
have been a HAB fan forever and two days , not sure about this years team, to me we are still weak on defence and the goaltending is suspect, however , we should finish in the middle of the pack , team now run by old time Canadians , Gainey , Carbonneau , Jarvis and Muller , so , at least the winning tradition is there , hope the horses are there also , time will tell , enjoy the season all , Jimmy p.s. Well the time worn tradition of the Montreal -toronto rivalry ,begins right now,.. Montreal's 2 nd game of the season,but it's the 1st Saturday Night game......CBC's HNIC,.................... Habs blew a couple of 2goal leads yesterday,only to finally lose to the Buffalo Sabres,in a shootout(I hate shoot outs),............. However 4 munutes into the game ,so far and no score as of yet........... ...........................................................................................................

Habs win over Flames 5-4,.......Habs have yet to be beaten in regulation time,..However they have lost the extra point in a shootout twice now (I hate shootouts,....have I mentioned that)............hahahahahah
