Thank you for those wonderful pictures of Belmont Park, they bring back good memories. It is nice to have a site such as this to share old pictures that are wasting in shoe boxes.I encourage others to do likewise.

Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.

Les It was a big treat to go to Belmont park,
and a very long bus ride. were was it exactly I can't remember.
They also set up a amusment park in Verdun near the
river. I remember going there with all my friend's . This boy that I kinda liked
asked me to go on a ride with him and while on it he lost his false teeth!! I
was shocked and embarassed. I'll I can say was that was the end of
him!
