I hadn't read that news yet 'edbro' ....The end of an era ,....I had posted photos a couple of years ago re:Yvon ......my Uncle who just died onChristmas ,and my oldman who's been gone for a while,.and my brother ,who is still with us ,...were at the fight in the Forum,....when Yvon fought Archie Moore,............also my Uncle's best friend Roy Ellis was at that fight in (57? - ),........ Another good friend of ours Jack Loews,......is a good friend of Yvon's an on many occasion decided to prove to us that he knew him,....and would phone Yvon in the middle of the night,......(Westcoast Time) ,.....and sure enough Yvon would be polite and just say well Jack is Jack,,,,,,,and not be upset about getting a call from a more than hammered buddy...............hahahaha I will try to forward this news ,..but I'm sure it won't be neccessary,as I'm sure old Jack has heard this by now....... Thanks for this update,.............I'll try to find the old pics I posted,or at least new ones....... I guess I didn't hear this yet ,.as I was busy today,.with the preliminary hearings into the murder of my friend Dave Boivin,at the courthouse today (here in Victoria)..........Thanks for this Update Ed:

Thanks Winston,...I'm Ok ,..with this ,.and just trying to help his wife (who arrived here this weekend) ,...and who's family will be arriving shortly,.... I still Appreciate your words which helped me start to deal with this ,.. many months ago..........................I made them all a commerative DVD of the ceremony at the Legion (put on by the Canadian Airbourne Regiment),..as well as the ceremony at sea,.where we fulfilled Dave's wish to be scattered here on the Westcoast ,where he loved working on the Sea....... ........................Yours words are Appreciated,.......and I will make sure Danielle ,(his wife) sees them........ but let's get back to the VerdunConnections,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,& keep laughing.... & Rememberring
