We use to hang out there , drink cokes, eat fries, and listing to music. I can remember even dancing there. Some of the kids I remember were, Bob Leduc , Marty, who lived across the street. It would be fun to catch up with a few of you. Joyce

Joyce Pedder lived on foch , Crawfordpark verdun , she has a brother Frank.I rec'd a few e-mails from her but not in the last two weeks.I also hope she is well..
Interesting John, you mention where Joyce Peddar lived on Foch. My family lived next door. My sister is still there. Is it the store on Clemenceau that used to be owned by an Englishman everyone called 'The Guv'ner'. He shot himself. Perhaps the next owner was German and picked up the nickname Hitler. Ed

Was this restaurant on 1st and Verdun Ave? I recall an old guy who played his violin in the place.
was it in Crawfordpark, verdun ..on clemenceau, there they use to dance and play the jukebox, years and years ago.
Joyce Pedder wrote the original message about Hitler's. She hasn't posted anything since Christmas Eve. Hoping all is well with her.
