MSN/DELAYS


Hey Les, my MSN is running O.K. However my mountaincable email is down until
tomorrow morning at 9am.... Can U get them to come back on-line any faster?

Hi Synergize,(Norman),........I am still getting slow response ,even with this message,.... However your Mountaincable (which I am not familiar with) seems to get some good reviews,  Have had Mountaincable since 2001. Switched temporarily to Bell Sympatico HSI in 2002. Horrible speed, hardware was un-reliable, tech support was rude and quick to send you off. Happily switched back to Mountaincable in 2004. Download speed is very good, upload speed is somewhat lacking though. Tech Support is very helpful and insistent not to let you go until your problems are solved. Billing department is also VERY understanding. Would recommend to anyone in the service area... would even recommend moving into the service area.
