THANKS for stopping by, I do my best to acknowledge when someone leaves a comment, you do not have to be a member here & everyone is welcome.
Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.

Hi Maggie..Thanks for the nice welcome .. I have posted some pics in an album...is there a reason why some of the pics have this little man with a timer on him...could it be that they are still downloading?
Great pictures Sammie,.........This is the Verdun I Remember with same old kitchens,.and moldings around the doors,..the hallways,.etc etc ....Your camping pictures of Plattsburg.......hahahaha and polishing off last drop of the Molson Bottle,........now that is funny,.....you must be a 'character'hahahahah and that too is a real Verdun/Montreal trait...........Thanks for posting the photo album, as for the little 'timer' deal,..it sometimes appears ,sometimes not,.....(who knows why,.but 'still loading ' is a possibility,........ Problem is easily solved by using the 'right click' on the mouse and then 'opening ' the picture,.......usually works,.....Have Fun on the site,..................and thanks for sharing.......
Welcome to our world Sammie, Particularly liked the last picture in your album. That was really 'camping'....with tents and not a trailer or rv in sight. Great pictures. Cheers.
Hi Maggie, thanks, it's been great looking at the pictures. Unfortunately I probably don't have many. I will have to raid my mom's next time I'm over at her house. I'm going to have to tell her about Verdun Connections, she was born and brought up there as well. Take care all Diane
Diane. Welcome aboard. That is a good girl....raid mom's albums and puts them on here. We will be waiting. Thanks Winston Allison Stay up-to-date with your friends through the Windows Live Spaces friends list.
