I find american elections ever so interesting..They analize everything, every state ,every politican..It is on the news for days and days..Even Hillory is coming out of the woodwork, to get ready for the presidential election..Rumsfeld stepped down which is good for the conservatives.. John

I think G.B. is happy the Democrats took so many seats. Maybe now he can get his liberal agenda through the house. For instance he wishes amnesty for 20,000,000 illegal immigrants already living in the US., when 30% of the prisoners in US prisons are illegal immigrants. Must be a big business thing.

Actually Les, It's over. Chairman of the Virginia Election Committee says if Allen does not concede by the fourteenth he will declare Victory for the Democrats. Allen wants a recount. Unfortunately with the new machines there is no paper trail to recount. The Democrats will haveto bend to the will of the people or they know they will be be out in two years. This bodes well for all of us. Howdya like that word 'bodes". My folks were Irish. Ed Ed
