Yes, we were very lucky to have a childhood growing up
in Verdun.I remember so well walking from Crawfordpark
to the Natitorium along lasalle blv.,My parents always
told me to walk fast past the Douglas hospital.Just
loved the toasted hot dog at the Nat.Use to cost 25
cents and Saturday morning was free for swimming
lessons.
