Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.

Thank you, Les and Maggie, for allowing me to reinstate my membership and for welcoming me back again. It feels good to return "home," to Verdun, where friends and neighbours can meet each other again and talk about the good ol' days. For those interested, or for those who don't know me, I used to post now and then under the name of bombog2004 before leaving early in the spring. So nice to see you all here again! Jack a.k.a.
