Wondering if anyone knows if Pete McDerment is still around. He has a sister Janet and they lived on Brown, just down from Beurling Park. I went to the 1976 Verdun Grad with Pete. Haven't heard anything of him in close to 20 years or so. Thanks.

les i seen Eddy a few years back in Lacolle at the IGA he was buying food for the weekend. Ihad a cottage near there and was doing the same thing.
Les, I just got home from having a brew at the Haraki.
I haven;t seen the inside of the Haraki for over 30 years,..........used make the Lasalle rounds ,.from the 50 to the Haraki then Bert'd...................or vice-versa,.. a few other spots too,.but not as frequent as those three. HF&RV

You bet MaggieMck,,,,,,,and was frequented fairly often as well,........ and after a late night there,.it was off to Dillalos on many a night,......whereas when leaving the Haraki or Vert's it would often be Mama'a next door to Bert's,.( or Miss Dollard was it's real name I think) HF&RV Witches Hut , a Lasalle bar for sure
