Steve has not been heard from since last summer. I made several attempts to contact him after his move (he was moving into a different house within the city where he lived). He never replied. I thought he may have left VC in search of greener pastures.
The last I heard of Steve is that at the time he was moving last year he was not well. Also he had computer problems. I believe popdog knows Steve. Perhaps he can tell you something. As far as I know, no one has heard from him.

Tornado Hits Manitoba ELIE, Man. — Environment Canada says a severe storm that destroyed four homes and a flour mill and caused considerable damage in southwestern Manitoba on Friday was more than likely a violent F4 tornado.
