Autumn Leaves

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has pics of the leaves changing. I hav'nt been north this time of yr. since I left. Are they changing now or is it over. Have fond memories of taking a drive through the Laurentian Mts. in the fall to see the change.

Our leaves have been changing colour for quite some time now and tons on the ground, rake them up & the next day it looks like it was never done. We can get up to 30 bags of leaves. Too many trees for my liking.

Yep. It is a never ending job indeed. Unless you live in the forest, and you are surrounded by trees. The only thing to do is hope for a couple of nice, warm, sun shiny days to dry things out. Then get on the tractor, and go like hell to mow everything before the  rain comes gushing down again. Love the country life. Happy Thanksgiving Day everyone. Who loves ya Baby?????

They say that the dry weather we had has been making the leaves fall early. It has been like summer, today it was so warm & humid, just like a day in July where it feels too sticky to do anything, although I did do more of the leaves. Could've jumped in the pool but Doug just finished winterizing it. Right now at 8:30 in the evening it's 22 degrees C and still humid.  We are usually a few degrees less than Toronto so I can imagine how humid it is in the city.  It sure doens't feel like October 8th, more like July 8th.

Hi   What leaves? It was 32 to 35 and with the humidity almost 39 on Thanksgiving Day. Remember back home when we had single digits on Turkey Day.   Still had A/C on . Global warming anyone?   Lad

Right now it's 12 degrees, very gray looking and a chance of rain to come.  Big change from the recent summer-like weather we've been experiencing!
