Les_F, and everyone else. It is amazing the things and activities that keep popping up on this site. The Eaton's train for instance. I have told my wife, kids, and grandkids about the train, and other stories, and you find pictures of these memorable times. What a great site this is. We seem to share so many common things. Thanks to all of you who share your memories. This truely is an exciting place. Winston Allison
THANKS for stopping by, I do my best to acknowledge when someone leaves a comment, you do not have to be a member here & everyone is welcome. Who remembers punkinhead - and the little red basket shop??
Hi Shirley BH2, I remember Punkinhead and riding the train at Eaton's. Mom would take my brother and I to see the Santa Clause parade, then she'd take us to see the "real Santa" at Eaton's, then we'd ride the train. When did they retire the train? The kids today don't know what they are missing!....Dianne

Hey chickentaco2000 Did you know the Padghams at 1744 Fayolle. Nice Nice man (Fred). I went to school with his son Ray and spent a lot of time playing music and general fooling around at their house in the early 60's.
Hi Chris and Diane, I had Allan Sutherland in my class, knew Frank Pedder, Pat Connelly, and was that Andrea Bailey? What year did you graduate? Mike
Hi Chris and Mike...Paul graduated in 61, he was good friends with Brian Connolly, Pat's brother. We saw the whole family in 2003 in Hudson Quebec, gathered for Brian's wedding. ...Dianne
