Nicky Kotsos
It is with great sadness that I pass along the news that Nicky Kotsos passed away this weekend due to illness . For all those who knew Nicky growing up in Verdun we would like to pass on our sincere condolences .
After graduating from VCHS, Nick and I attended Sir George Williams University in the mid-60's and took some classes together. We also, very early in the morning, lugged our skis downtown on the bus sometimes to get the bus to Morin Heights and spend the day skiing. Although we were out of touch for many years, decades really, I'll always remember Nick as being a class act and a great guy. Ron Chapdelaine
Sorry to hear of Nicky Kostas' passing, I hung around with Nicky for many years on Valiquette in Verdun. My condolences to his family. Pat McLean, Edmonton, AB
Sorry to hear of the passing of an old and dear friend. Many fond memories of growing up with Nicky in Verdun. I will remember him forever. My condolences to his family and friends. Cilla Sutton (Mees) Edmonton, Alberta.
Hi Cilla: I presume that John is your son - it seems everyone is corresponding under his name. I am going to a retirement dinner next month for Paul Down, formerly of Crum & Forster. You may recall Paul as the marine manager. How is Mike doing these days? I haven't seen him since the last Verdun Invitational Golf Tournament about five years ago. Gord Gibbons Brampton, Ontario
