........Hi Maggie ,................. I didn't think you'd move back,............. your a Mid-Westerner now (aren't you?) I see that Sask, has had a real increase in property values lately too,..... I have heard that a lot of Albertans are buying up property there, I guess it's going on everywhere,.....it's crazy,I don't know how young people will enter the marketplace ,without help, ..........Creative Mortgages are already here ,.......40 year stuff,......blah blah blah..................
