I guess this is a 4 part, or 4 in 1 question. Was there a Tip Top Club or tailor? Was there a Top Hat Club or tailor? I don't know the answer to any of these. Winston Allison
There was a Tip Top Taylor but they went out of business a few years ago. Guy
