I don't know what is going on. Your membership was not cancelled by the management. There have been other reports of memberships being cancelled. I'm glad that you (Ron) just re-applied. Anyone else should do the same if their membership gets cancelled. MSN is playing games with us?
Lasalle Explosion
On March 1st,..........1965,...We all woke up to a big Blast,..........
Forty Two Years Ago this morning,.the whole apartment building in the Lasalle Heights area,.........Exploded,...with a Terrible Blast caused basically by a Natural Gas Leak,.......................the ensuing blast claimed 28Lives,of which most were just kids,.........................................
You know what sad (aside from the Obvious) is take alook in that pile of Rubble and almost dead center at the bottom of the photo,you can see ,some poor kids little wagon..........................a very Stark Reminder of the Awful Reality of this Incredible Blast,..................the bright side (if that's possible)
is that it could have easily claimed more lives and several more of those Apartment Blocks,............................................

Do we have anyone living in Vancouver
If we have anyone living in Vancouver that would take a picture for me, I would love to have a shot of my little home for two years at 250 Carson St. In South Burnaby. It was a stucco bungalow and I called it my little gray home in the west. My wife got homesick for Verdun and I moved back to Quebec. Within two days of the time she told me she was homesick I sold the house, bought a truck and moved us back. I loved it out there. I ran Vancouver to Calgary and Edmonton for two years. The money was great. The weather was great, but happiness is more important. Ed
