MONTREAL - A minor fire at Schwartz’s Deli on St. Laurent Blvd. forced diners outside on Thursday. An employee noticed smoke in the kitchen’s smoker about 6 p.m. Firefighters quickly doused the area on the roof where the smoker’s chimney exits. Benoit Brouillard of the Montreal Fire Department said the damage was relatively minor and there were no injuries. The deli will reopen Friday, manager Frank Silva said
