Verdun Photos
I just posted 18 photos taken on December 21st., during a recent visit to Verdun. That night Montreal got about 30 cms. of snow.
Hi, Thanks a million for the memories. We used to live around the corner from the Bronx Park School (at 171 3rd Avenue) and my kids used to go to that school back in 1974-5-6. I don't think the facade has changed too much. Ditto with VHS. Thanks loads.
Incredible pictures Gord. I remember photo 'Verdun High (2)'. The entrance on the right was the door we'd want to use in the morning. If you were LATE for school, that door would be locked (oh nooo!). The scary entrance on the far left of the picture would then be available. Our vice principal would be there waiting for us like a spider. Our names would then be recorded for all time. Good memories anyway. B.C.
