Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.
I wouild like to mention that at the sunday at the opening of the "Old Stone House", while I was at our booth, I greeted a gentleman whom I seemed to recognize, it was Charles Elliott who came to Verdun by bus as he now lives in Dorval. Of course we had a long chat about old Verdun. I gave him the address to purchase his ticket to the VHS reunion. It's a small world.

Would that be Mr. Elliott, who used to be a teacher / guidance counselor at VHS?

It's him from the sixties and late 50s as I remember
He was my guidance counselor during my years at VHS including my graduation year: 1970
