Here is here original post:
My brother is coming for a visit in July. what attractions can i recommend...aside from the "just for laughs' | by pommy for everyone |
I just moved your question to the message boards,so that we can keep the "In Memoriam" column readily in sight , in case anyone wants to add to the obit column.Hopefully (but not realistically) it would be nice if we never had to add another name to it,Fortunately it has been a while since we have added anyones memorial or obit here.
Thanks for understanding. -Les

Well you are lucky enough to live there,so you could do the waterfront ride on a bike or roller blades, ? I understand the whole Island of Montreal, has fantastic green space all around the island now, including along the river in Verdun...or a trip over Mount Royal,..Crescent Street on an outdoor patio,& people watch...How about the scenic boat ride along the old Lachine Canal, that's looks neat, or a Jetboat ride strait through the Rapids,......now that has to be a must......Montreal is a city of festivals in the summer , so I would think there will be a lot to do on any given day...Good Luck & enjoy the visit. Cheers ! HF&RV - Les
