PS: Use the Full Screen option , the clarity is perfect..................HF&RV
.....also FYI this is an 80minute film ,so if you want to watch it, grab a coffee or whatever,move your chair back a bit,& you will quickly be transported back to the City of Montreal you probably relate to best.
You can also pause or fast forward too of course....
Have Fun & Remember ......
Here is a little more of Montreal Saint Catherine St 1940.....not long but you might appreciate it;

Here I will add the same photo album here , as I think this slideshow viewer is a little better or at least it seems to work quicker,......consider it paert of our Around Labelle Province ongoing theme.
-Cheers , HF&RV-
Interesting seeing Phillips Square so many years ago. We always stay in an apartment at Hotel Square Phillip when visiting Montreal... which I believe is a former factory..Diane
Ijust watched this DVD again & it sure has a lot od parts in it, where you can really feel the old City of Montreal with it's main street scenes, winter scenes ,parks etc etc...
A little corny in spots, but hey that's the way life was back then........Interesting Film
