Hard to say, but it looks like it could be a 1950 Packard .maybe late 40's ....??? HF&RV

I agree with you Les, it looks very much like a Packard 1948 :

I think it might be a British import Vauxhall Victor (?) the truck on the right side is 47 0r 48 Ford (?)

JMH & MaroonVette ,..I check ads for sale everyday,& check this out ,I came across this ad 2 minutes ago,for a Well here you read the ad,........otherthan the bumpers ,this body style is close:

I think you nailed it, that was when Hudson & Nash merged.
I also think one of the selling feature was the backs of the front seats went right down and formed a bed. Leading to many terms for the car.
