Hey Steve:   I was looking at your posted pictures and noticed the "Central Station" address.  I believe  the actual picture is not of LaGauchetiere Street. It's Cathcart Street because the tall building is the  back of the Queen Elizabrth Hotel . The back of the  CN Headquarters building was across the street from the back of the hotel. Artabus should be able to confirm my belief because he worked at CN . The short building on the right hand side was CN Express .   George

Hi Lad:   I knew when I typed the street name that it didn't feel right, but this old mind couldn't remember  "Belmont".  Guess I have been away from Montreal too long. I left CN Montreal in 1978 when I was transferred to  CN Toronto.   Thanks for correcting my mistake.   George

Hi Lad:   Worked in Human Resources in Toronto Union Station. Initially as Pension and Benefits Liasion Officer.  Subsequently as Personnel Officer and lastly as Labour Relations Officer. In June 1985 transferred to Via Rail Toronto Maintenance Centre , in Etobicoke, as Labour Relations Officer and then as Senior Officer Human Resources.   George
