Dans la Rue - Father Emmett Johns - Closest to Sainthood Helping Montrealers
Twenty years ago, Father Emmett Johns (affectionately known as Pops by the Montrealers who perennially vote him Montrealer closest to sainthood in the pages of the Mirror

I remember something about this guy, i think we had something posted a little while back ? but I cannot be certain,perhaps I just read the Montreal Mirror ??? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HF&RV !
Yea, he is without a doubt the most loved Montrealer over the last few decades. And it just pisses me off that Harper got a majority because his cutting of social programs is going to hurt organizations like Dans La Rue. You can't measure the good they have done in dollars and cents, but that is what it takes to make a wonderful program like this function.
