Verdun Metro Station
While in the area I took this photo of the metro station at the corner of Ross and Church. Notice the Bixi bykes. Only a couple spaces out of about 20. Does not seem to be very popular at that station.
Isn't it getting late in the year to still have any bikes out ?.................Also how many Metro Stns. are in Verdun these days ?.......... ................ ....................HF&RV
Les, The weather was beautifull yesterday, sunny with no wind and app. 8 or 10 deg. c. There is a metro station at Ross and Church as mentioned and another at the corner of Galt and Wellington. These 2 metro entrances may have access to the same station since they are close to each other. There may be others but since I don't live in Verdun and don't know. Guy
I do remember them building the Galt St Metro,(and in so doing the other end of the Stn would be on Church,....oh and one at Verdun Av & Willibrord,..but otherthan that I am not sure of Verdun's other Metro Stn.....if any. Thanks Guy.........................................Cheers !! HF&RV
This is E'glise Metro (Church as we all call it) and Verdun Metro is corner Verdun Ave and Willibroad and more bixi rental at Verdun Metro more people I guess.
