Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.
Super Mario did it again. Look at this beautiful old 1949 photo of the Crawford Park School that he turned up wich is from the All Saints Anglican Church archives. The photo was by David Bier whom I seem to remember was a well known Montreal photographer from the 40s, 50s and the 60s. Hopefully some members will have some anecdotes about this school to share with us.
