            The 3 boxes above ,always show at the top of your 'Inbox'  If you click on the 3rd box that reads 'Only Unread' then it will highlite all of the messages you have not read yet: 

          Also I usually suggest from time totime ,to checkout all the different stuff available to you all. Like the Video's ,.the Photograph Albums. the Message Boards (which can be searched right back to the beginning including posts from the old MSN site,.......Take your time & explore all the features both here n the Verdun Connections site, as well as the things available to you on your own individual Multiply sites too.

   There are a lot of things here , that we take for granted & so re-experiencing them is sometimes fun,& just may spark some old memory's again.You never know what old treaures you will find.......................

1956 Electricity Bill

Hows that for an electricity bill, $4.32 in 1956. It was discarded somewhere in our archives and I put in one of our albums as it depics an era in Verdun in the 50s. Obviously Peter Jocksys of 1065 4th ave. wich would be between Bannantyne and Champlain did not consume much electricity.

Here's a post from Sharon ,way back in2003,......................and it appears we didn't like the way things were laid out then either,............Well here it is 2009 (almost 2010) and we are still learning new stuff............................  When I taught sales training ,we always said that "when you stop growing.......you start dying"...let's keep growing ,shall we.lol

At the risk of soundy picky (but I'm not really!) is it just me or does anyone else here find that the way MSN has formatted the way you retrieve new messages here sucks the big one or what? I mean, you can get around it by posting a "new discussion" but then you don't have a link to go to the message that was being replied to, know what I mean? I run 2 or 3 groups in Yahoo and I find that the way the group messages are formatted there are much more efficient, no offense.

Ever think about trying one in Yahoo?

Then again, maybe it's just cuz I am more accustomed to the workings of Yahoo groups....I don't know. What do ya think?
