Well your in luck, I am married to Eddie Fure, from Leclair St, Crawford park....
George Hollette from Clemenceau Street, is Eddies Uncle,Who is married to Elsie Fure and Happy Moore was married to the late Florence Fure.......... So, he is my brother in law......... need any info, contact me!

Hi Glo,..... I remember conversations re: the Moore family,.the Fure's .....I knew Freddie Fure,when he lived on 9th avenue,in Lasalle,.then he had an apartment behind the Verdun Hospital ,.back in the late 60's,.......and I think he also had a brother named Raymond Fure,there father's name was Vic Fure.......I have a picture of him in my oldmans shop in the Point a long time ago...Freddie worked for the Elevator trade in those days,....are these guys related to you also?? They were good friends with the Moore family too........also Buddy Moore was a VP in Lasalle Catholic High School .....1970ish ??? Have Fun & Remember Verdun

Hi Gloria i just noticed your reply today..thanks for the info...Always nice thinking back to Verdun days..and the people we knew..My wife is from Verdun to..she lived on brown street..Raymond Fure called me once but i was not home..He talks to my brother Allan once in awhile..The Moores are a very good family..i remember Happy Moore and Buddy well..Did you know a Norman Longely...?
