Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.
Some of the Lithuanian names ring a bell. Algis Barsauskas --- His sister Irene was in my class. John Currie's sister Cecelia, was in my class too. John Maskoliunas sounds familiar too. Don't know if they are the same ones I'm thinking of. You know, Memory almost full!
ReplyDeleteHi, I recognize some of the names ,but they graduated WAY before me!! Martineau,....,probably Gord Martineau's brother,..I graduated with Gord. Farrell.......knew his brother Roddy(has now passed away) Dawson....my cousin hung around with a ...Bobby Dawson Sauve....knew a Peter Sauve Meehan....used to have a crush on his brother Larry!! ...his brother Donny was our lawyer, when we moved to Toronto. ReplyDeleteHi queenee66! The school Commencement info belongs to my husband Paul Nowlan. He knew the Meehans very well. Did Bobby Dawson live on Rolande Street and did he have a couple of sisters one of them named Carol? If it is the same one I knew way back then, he was one heck of a good dancer!!! Dianne
ReplyDeleteHi Dianne, Not sure what street he lived on. He was a friend of my cousin,Kenny Ekins. I only knew Bobby Dawson , to see.him. I knew a Shane(or Shayne) Nolan . (He has a great sense of humor ) I think he lived on Rolland?? My girlfriend ,Elaine Taylor(nee Dickey) is related to the Meehans by marriage. that's all I can think of right now.
