Wellington Street as shown in the Montreal Gazette
Now I didn't see this in the Gazette myself, but I thought it Deserves to be shared.
What a great depiction of Wellington St at Christmas time.
Painting was done by Aislins wife Mary
Mary I have to say ,what a fantastic depiction of Wellington in Verdun
I was thinking of the many winters I spent in Verdun and shopped in the multitude of different stores along Wellington at Christmast
I was just a kid but I woulld wander along Wellington to find and buy Christmas giftes for my parents and my siblings, 4 sisters and also a brother,
And every year I would find them all something or other.
Wellington always seemed quite Peaceful at Christmas tome, or just after a fresh snowfall.
Thank you Maary for a fine job and propmting my mmemory banks again.
Cheers !
Now here from the Montreal Gazette:
