Hard to say, but it looks like it could be a 1950 Packard .maybe late 40's ....??? HF&RV

I think you nailed it, that was when Hudson & Nash merged.
ReplyDeleteI also think one of the selling feature was the backs of the front seats went right down and formed a bed. Leading to many terms for the car.
