  18. Alas, it was not to be, even on home ice! The Flyers sent the Habs flying in the 3rd period and sent the booing fans home crying. (Booing Briere and the U.S. National Anthem, indeed) I keep telling my relatives, olde Verdun friends that Lord Stanley belongs in the U.S.A. The Red Wings are the team to watch, as well. I must admit that both goalers and teams played great hockey. (A 'Barn-Burner' for sure) My team during the regular season was the Tampa Bay Lightning, who landed on the bottom of the League. Disappointed, you better believe it! But, what to expect, over 50 % were Canadian Hockey players. (Montrealers, too!) Not like the GREATS of olde. Well, I hope I've cranked y'all enough. Cheer up!Sez Victah
