My sympathies..Is it the same Joh Ferguson who once lived on Egan Ave.?
ReplyDeleteWe in Winnipeg have a place in our hearts for John. He was a great addition to the community while he was here. He had a good heart and was quick to help those in need. If you were a friend, it was for life... Rest in peace tough guy
ReplyDeleteHi Stellapurple: Not the same John Ferguson. The John Ferguson I knew lived at 442 Egan Avenue in the 1950's. I lived at 444 Egan Avenue during the same period. There is a picture in my photo album, actually the second album posted. If you knew John Ferguson, you must surely have lived on Egan John and I were the same age and went to Woodland School together. John later moved to Melrose, just below Verdun Avenue.
