ReplyDeleteEd, I did belong to Lasalle Branch 212 many years ago. Haven't kept up a membership. However my Dad belonged to Verdun Branch #4. In fact in February 1960 he had what turned out to be a fatal heart attack at the Legion. He was 54 st the time. I was 14 and my sister 12. It was a life altering event for our family. Branch #4 has been an intergal part of Verdun life for many decades. Gary Victoria, BC
