I played a couple of years but have to admit that I was never very good. It didn't matter though as everyone was treated equal and nobody was put down. My coach was "Pops" Hannigan.<br />I knew Shawn O'Donnell from going to the country down in Cantic near the U.S. border.<br />He lived across the street from me a couple of houses down. Like him, me and my friends would put fuses into the power box and turn on the lights to play at night, but this was for baseball or football at night after the lights went out. My mother was very good friends with Neil Myers' mother or grandmother, (I am not sure which one it was), Lil Myers and her sister Gert.
