There were several train company's that helped build Montreal into a huge boom for the city, Grand Trunk, CPR,.and of course the CNR,...Here is one of the photo's that I always thought was pretty cool:

and here is a slide show containing over 100 old time shots of train yards, the Station , The Freight Yards etc etc ,,,,,,,,and a bunch of other montreal stuff. You might get a kick out of these. Many we posted years ago,but with slide shows it's just easy enought o share this whole album quickly.
