I believe you mentioned visiting Powassen a couple of weeks ago - I mean who hasn't. Actually we used to rent a cottage at Port Loring and passed through Powassen a number of times. It is nice country up your way.
I used to go to Woodland School with your brother Bill. I remember that he was huge - must have weighed 110lbs. If you look at my photo album on page 5, there is a picture from our Grade 4 class. Included in the photo are a few other Melrose residents; including Ian McGregor, Peter Rinder and Walter Neilson.

Hi Wendy: It's great to hear from you. Peter was an incredibly popular guy and his untimely passing was a great loss. My wife (Karen Ingram) also graduated in 1970 and has fond memories of Peter. alot, but I never did I always went up North to the mountains Val-David Morin

HiGord, nice to hear from you.Did your wife have a younger sister?The name sounds familiar.I recall a very petite girl with the last name of Ingram,was it Diane Ingram?Lynn and I have been friends since the age of 3.I always loved the beach, and that's one of the reasons why I moved here, and now I hardly go, maybe 1/2 doz. times a yr.I can't believe it is almost 2yrs. since Pete passed on May 10th. Time just flys. Take care.

Lyn. You are going to have to stop talking about Val David. Every time you do, I get an ache in my heart. How I miss those days. I still have some of Val David and Goldon Lake on video.

as soon as the lake opens. We used to have a contest on who would be the first
one in after the ice melted.

and some who only go up in the summer so I hope to see them all.
