Carolyn: Here in Nova Scotia there aren't any cheese cake factory restaurants, there could be some in Ontario or B.C. Usually these chains start out West before coming here. Now, if there was one here I would try it especially if the name of the place implies what is on the menu....I love cheese cake! ...Dianne

The best cheesecake I remeber tasting was at the Carnegie Delicatessen in New York.  Thats the place they filmed Broadway Danny Rose with Woody Allen. It was 3 in the a.m. and we were all a bit drunk but it sure tasted good.

I have been to the Cheesecake Factory in Chicago several times and really enjoyed it. It was on the first floor of the building that John Candy lived in. Although we had reservations we still had to wait for about 45 minutes to get to the second line that gave you a pager to let you know that your table was ready. Very busy place. Do not know of any in Canada .
