The Emards you mention are my cousins. Their mother, Edie (Lloyd) Emard was my mother's sister (Alice (Lloyd) Youngward.
We lived at 159 Second Ave until about '63.
I understand that Philip still lives in the area, but the girls are all in Ontario. Haven't seen them in ages.
My grandmother Minnie Lloyd lived on Third as well, a few houses below Verdun Ave, on the right hand side facing toward Verdun Ave, second story.
