Salut Guy, Merci pour les photos. Je me souviens tr챔s bien du kiosque pour concerts publics: est (était)-il situé au pied de l’avenue Argyle ? Existe-t-il encore ? Hi Guy, Thanks for the pics. I remember very well the kiosk for public concerts. is (was) it located at the foot of Argyle Ave ? Does it still exist ? JMH
Jean Marie, Le kiosque publique a été remplacé par une grande bâtisse à logement et je te réfère aux photos que j'ai publiées récemment. Moi aussi je fr챕quentais le parc Woodland dans ma jeunesse dans les ann챕es 40. Il y avait des films et des concerts. The stage has been replaced by a high rise appartment building and refer to my recent photos. I used to attend concerts and films that appeared on the stage at Woodland park in my youth in the 40's Guy.
Guy, The pictures are just terrific. Now this is what you call Remembering Verdun. Where is the location of the first picture? Reggie Paine
Reg, I presume you are referring to the picture at the top of the series of 5 pictures. All the caption says is that it is a residential section of Verdun. Guy I have other surprises in store for the members.
